  1. Preheat oven to 375 F. On the stovetop, heat a medium oven-safe pan over medium-high heat. Saute ground chicken breast in the oil. When chicken is browned, add the chopped peppers and saute about 2-3 minutes. Add the spices, stirring frequently. Add about 2 tablespoons of water to help hydrate the spices. Break eggs into large bowl and add the milk. Whisk until evenly blended. Pour eggs over sauteed chicken mixture. Spread cheese on top. Carefully transfer the pan to the oven. Cook 10-12 minutes or until the frittata is set. Remove from oven and rest 2-3 minutes. Slice into 6 wedges or squares.
