  1. Remove and discard the cabbage core. Thinly slice the cabbage leaves.
  2. Peel the carrots and grate them on the large holes of a box grater.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, sugar, mustard, mayonnaise, and vinegar.
  4. Toss to thoroughly combine and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Set aside to marinate, stirring occasionally, for at least 10 minutes. Enjoy!
