Ingredients

Directions
- Heat 2 tablespoons of coconut oil in a soup pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and crushed garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Add the chopped carrots and celery, cooking until tender.
- Pour in the vegetable broth, water, and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 30 minutes, seasoning as desired.
- Peel the shrimp and cut the squid into 1/2 inch pieces, marinating in lemon juice to prevent rubberiness.
- Add the chopped mushrooms and coconut cream to the soup, returning to a simmer.
- Add the cod, breaking it into smaller pieces after 10 minutes of cooking.
- Simmer the shrimp for 3 minutes, then add the squid, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
