  1. Heat half of oil in frying pan. Add sausages and cook until well browned all over.
  2. Cover pan with lid, lower heat and cook sausages all the way through before transferring to bowl, about 10 minutes.
  3. Return to pan, add remaining oil followed by onions and cook until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Add the canned tomatoes, water, seasoning and heat through.
  4. Pour the hot tomato chutney over the cooked sausages and serve with salad, potatoes, or bread. Enjoy!
