Directions
- Peel and mince ginger. Finely chop cilantro.
- Mix mayonnaise and chipotle chiles in small bowl. Mix pineapple, orange preserves, lime juice, fresh ginger, and cilantro in another small bowl for salsa. Season salsa with salt and pepper.
