Ingredients
- Canola oil

Directions
- Mix ground beef with salt and pepper.
- Roll beef into meatballs around 1 inch in diameter.
- Chop up the potato and boil in about half a gallon of water for 15 minutes.
- Fry finely chopped onions in vegetable oil until they become soft, about 5 minutes.
- Slice the carrot and mix with the onions in the pan. Keep frying for 4-5 minutes.
- Throw the chopped or sliced pepper into the pan and fry for one more minute.
- Going back to the pot with the potato, carefully add in the meatballs and boil for 15 minutes more. Remove the foam as the meatballs boil.
- Add the fried vegetables, parsley, salt and pepper to taste, and any other desired spices to the pot with potato and meatballs. Bring to a boil for one minute; turn off the heat. Let cool slightly.
- Remove from heat and serve. Enjoy!
