Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  2. Pour 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil into a casserole dish
  3. Wash the sprouts and then cut the ends off and chop them in half. Put them in the casserole dish.
  4. Drain the tofu and press it with a paper towel. Cut it into half inch cubes and add to casserole dish.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and put in the oven.
  6. Roast for 25 minutes.
