- Preheat oven to 350°F. Place blueberries in a small Pyrex pan and sprinkle sugar overtop.
- Mix protein powder, oats, and lemon juice with a fork or spoon until it forms a fairly dry crumble. Mix in the almonds, and spread across the berries.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then set the oven to broil and broil for about 1 minute until the top is slightly golden.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and enjoy.
