  1. Soak bread in milk. Shred onion and potato. Add bread into the mixture. Add ground pork and mix well. Add egg, salt, and pepper.
  2. Make patties and coat in flour.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add patties and sauté in oil on each side until done, about 5-6 minutes per side. Enjoy!
