- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Combine warm water and yeast in a bowl; let rest 5 minutes.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer combine flour, salt, garlic power, black pepper, oregano, and basil. Whisk until evenly mixed then add the water/yeast mixture. Use the bread hook until ingredients are just combined. Move to a counter sprinkled with flour and knead a few times.
- Grease a bowl with olive oil and place dough in the bowl. Cover with a damp towel and let rise until doubled in size, about an hour.
- Divide into two balls. Flour the bottom of the dough balls and place on a wax paper lined baking sheet.
- Starting from the center use your finger tips to press down the dough gently and make it into a circle carefully avoiding touching what will be the crust. Top with sauce, cheese, chopped pineapple, and ham.
- Bake at 400. Until the bottom is golden and cheese is bubbly, about 15 minutes. Enjoy!
