  1. Mix dry ingredients (incl turmeric, salt, pepper) then add water and mix batter gently
  2. Lightly saute veggies in 1 tbsp oil, add to batter and stir gently to coat
  3. Heat remaining oil in a skillet of medium heat. Add 1 cup of batter & veggies to pan, cook for 2-3 minutes each side.
  4. Cook remaining batter same way. Makes 3.5 pancakes.
