Directions
- Heat up a pan on medium heat (you can also cook in the airfryer at 160 degrees)
- In a bowl mix the peri peri rub marinade with the lemon juice add the chicken to the bowl and mix thoroughly (you can also marinade overnight for more flavour) spray the heated pan with some oil and place the chicken for 7-8 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Lightly toast your bun in the toaster, spread the perinaise on both sides, place your chicken on the base of the bun, add the cheese on top, then the lettuce, then the sweet chilli sauce/peri peri chilli jam.
