- In A Large Ziploc Bag, Combine The Chicken And First Amount Of Cornstarch. Shake Well To Coat
- heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. once hot, add the chicken and cook until done, about 6 to 8 minutes. removed to a plate and set aside
- whisk together the soy sauce, water, brown sugar and remaining cornstarch in a small bowl until well combined. set aside
- Add the sesame oil to the skillet, followed by the garlic. stir until fragrant, about a minute Add the sauce and ginger and cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until bubbly and slightly thickened
- Add the chicken to the skillet, mixed a coat and cook for 2 to 3 more minutes or until heated through.
