  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Season with pepper, add feta, and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
  3. Place the sliced lemon and red onion at the bottom of a large baking dish. Add salmon fillets, skin side down, and season with salt and pepper. Bake until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily, about 18 to 20 minutes.
  4. Add tomatoes, olives, cucumbers, chopped red onion, and dill to the bowl with feta. Fold gently to combine.
  5. Serve the salmon with lemon and red onion slices, topped with the feta mixture.
