  Fresh, loin, boneless, separable lean and fat, raw

  Alcoholic beverage

• Soy sauce

  Made from hydrolyzed vegetable protein

• Corn Starch

• Olive oil

• Garlic

• Mushrooms

Directions

1. Marinate pork in wine, sesame oil (1T), and soy sauce (1T).
2. Heat olive oil and cook pork and minced garlic in a pan.
3. Once pork is cooked, add tofu, mushrooms, peas, sesame oil (1T), Soy sauce (1T), and bean sauce.
4. Once simmering, add Sambal and corn starch slurry. Thicken and serve with green onion garnish.
