Directions
- Lay one slice of bread flat and spread with mustard. Evenly top with half of the turkey or chicken, followed by the ham, cheese, remaining turkey or chicken, and remaining slice of bread.
- Slice sandwich in half diagonally.
- In a wide bowl, stir egg substitute with pepper.
- Bring a skillet sprayed with nonstick spray to medium-high heat. Add butter and let it coat the bottom.
