Directions
- Ina bowl, add liver, spices and ginger garlic paste. Mix well and leave for 5 min.
- Heat oil, add cumin and chilies. Fry for a minute then add liver, curry leaves and salt.
- Cook for 10 min. Add onions and tomatoes. Stir and leave to cook for 10 more minutes.
- Serve with roti.
