Ingredients
- Cream cheese
¾ cup or 174g
- Cheddar cheese
2 cup, shredded or 226g
- Cheddar cheese
2 ¼ cup, shredded or 254g
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grate the head of cauliflower and put it in a glass bowl. Microwave until it's cooked soft, about 6-10 minutes. Add cream cheese and bouillon and mix with electric mixer. Add grated cheese and mix some more. Set aside.
- Brown the meat with some bouillon, stirring often to break up pieces. When the meat is close to done add the onion. Combine with grated cheddar in a baking dish. Mix thoroughly and press evenly into the bottom of the pan. Spread the cauliflower in an even layer on top.
- Bake until the top is lightly browned (about 10 minutes). Enjoy!
