  1. Miso soup. heat desired amount of broth or water. add small cubes of tofu, bring to boil. allow to cool slightly, mix in miso paste. mix well to dissolve completely. do not boil miso. optional serve with scallions/green onions and other seasonings.
  2. side of greens. drizzle some sesame oil, other oil, or dressing onto greens. season.
  3. heat side of rice.
  4. add side of kimchi.
  5. enjoy
