- Start by prepping your sauce - add each ingredient to a small bowl, and mix until smooth
- Chop half an onion, add to pan, and cook until caramelized. I keep the pan on medium low heat, and add a splash of water when the onions start to stick to the pan, and repeat the process until the onions are dark brown/caramelized
