Directions
- In a skillet over medium heat cook eggs as desired. Remove from pan and add turkey slices. Cook until they begin to brown a bit.
- While cooking eggs and turkey, place English muffin in toaster. Once done, take each side of English muffin and place upwards facing. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on each piece.
- Once turkey is browned, take half a slice and put atop cheddar cheese on each piece of English muffin. Place each egg atop each piece. Eat as an open faced sandwich. Enjoy!
