Directions

  1. Purée garlic and ginger into paste. Can use a bit of the oil to help consistency.
  2. Chop onion finely.
  3. Sautéed onion with ginger and garlic in oil until translucent and fragrant.
  4. Add turmeric and continue to cook a couple minutes. Add salt to taste.
  5. Add spinach with a smidge of water.
  6. Cook on low heat until mixture thickens and has a stew-like consistency.
  7. Can substitute other greens. Spinach tends to get a bit slimy.
