Directions

  1. Pour one can of ful into a large pan, along with half a can of chickpeas
  2. Set the stove to medium heat & leave the pan on until it starts boiling
  3. Before switching the stove off, throw a dash of cumin into the pan. Mash the ful & chickpeas
  4. In the bowl you'll be serving in, mash/beat the garlic & dash of salt together
  5. Add the tahini, ful & chickpeas, and squeeze a bit of lemon into the mixture
