Directions
- Preheat oven to 425
- Slice potatoes at both ends, then peel and cut into large cylinders.
- Soak potatoes in water for 5 minutes to remove startch
- Remove potatoes from water and pat dry.
- In a large pan, sear potatoes on both sides for 5 mins. Season with Salt and pepper.
- Add broth, thyme, rosemary, garlic, and butter to pan.
- Finish cooking potatoes in oven until fork tender, about 30 minutes.
