Directions
- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
- In a bowl, knead together the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, salt, and pepper. Form the mixture into 8 equal-sized balls, then flatten them into thin patties.
