Famous Dave's Cole Slaw

Ingredients

• Cabbage

  Savoy, raw

  10 cup, shredded or 700g

• Organic Shredded Carrots

  Freshdirect

  ¼ cup or 28g

• Kraft miracle whip light dressing

  Salad dressing

  2 cup or 512g

• Swerve

  Net carbs

  24 tsp. or 120g

• Horseradish

  Prepared

  2 tbsp or 30g

• Mustard seed

  Spices, ground

  1 tbsp or 6g

• Pepper

  Spices, white

  1 tbsp, ground or 7g

• Kosher Salt

  Real Salt

  ½ tsp or 8g

• Garlic powder

  Spices

  ¼ tsp or 0.8g

• Celery seed

  Spices

  ¼ tsp or 0.5g

Directions

1. Toss the cabbage and carrots thoroughly. Mix the Miracle Whip, horseradish, dry mustard, white pepper, salt, garlic powder & celery seed in a large bowl. Add the cabbage mixture and blend well. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to allow the flavors to meld. Serve with your favorite barbecued meats.
