Directions
- Put flour, seeds and baking powder in bowl and mix together; If you want, you can add sugar for taste
- Cut in the butter and mix with fingertips to fine crumb, as if you were making pastry
- Grate the cheese and lightly mix in so you have a uniform looking mixture
- Add about 3/4 of the milk and mix with a spoon, if it looks dry, add more, up to the full amount; If by chance the mix is too wet, a little extra flour will sort it out
- Divide into walnut sized balls and roll each of these into a little stick, about 6" (15 cm) long; Feel free to add toppings, like seeds or salt
- Bake at 390°F (200°C) for 15 minutes, rotating half way through
