  2. Toast bread.
  3. Mix mustard, mayo, and paprika together in a bowl.
  4. Take out toast and put on a paper towel lined plate.
  5. Spray pan, and scramble one egg.
  6. Put sauce on toast while egg is cooking.
  7. Put egg on toast.
  8. Spray pan again, and cook other egg over easy.
  9. Put egg on toast when done.
  10. Put other slice of toast on top.
  11. Enjoy!
