  1. Toast bread and butter one side with 1/2 butter
  2. Melt 1/2 butter in nonstick skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion, pepper & ham until heated through and vegetables are tender crisp
  3. Neat eggs and add to skillet. Cook over medium heat until eggs are firm. Remove from pan and place on buttered toast. Top with second slice of toast.
  4. Serve
