Ingredients

  • Egg

    Whole, fresh eggs

    2 large or 100g

  • Sugar

    White, granulated sugar

    ⅝ cup or 125g

  • Whole milk

    3.25% milkfat, with added vitamin D

    2 ¹⁄₁₆ cup or 500g

  • Wheat flour

    White, all-purpose, unenriched

    2 cup or 250g

  • Pam cooking spray

    Oil, original

    1 spray , about 1/3 second or 0.3g

Directions

  1. Whisk eggs and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Slowly whisk in whole milk and wheat flour.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat; spray with non-stick spray.
  4. Pour some batter into the pan and tilt the pan to coat the bottom thinly and evenly. Allow to cook until it begins to brown. Flip the crêpe and let brown on the other side. Remove from pan and repeat with remaining batter.
