Directions
- Cook noodles according to package directions.
- Heat sesame oil and two-thirds of the canola in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook and stir the bite-sized chicken and garlic in the hot oil until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the chili sauce and continue to cook until the chicken is browned, 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in soy sauce and simmer for 2 minutes. Transfer the chicken and sauce to a bowl.
- In the same skillet, heat the remaining canola oil over medium-high heat. Add the cabbage, onion, carrots, and salt, cooking and stirring until the cabbage is wilted, about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Combine the chicken mixture with the cabbage mixture. Add the noodles and cook, stirring, until the noodles are hot and the chicken is no longer pink inside, about 3 to 4 minutes.
