Directions
- Bring a pot of water to boil. Meanwhile, slice bell peppers and onion, and chop cauliflower.
- Add chicken to water and boil for 10-15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink. Drain, set aside to cool slightly, and chop into bite sized pieces.
