Ingredients

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare a bundt cake pan and set aside.
- Combine eggs and dates in a food processor until they form a paste. Pit cherries and slice in half.
- Sprinkle a little of the coconut flour over the cherries, mix well.
- Combine baking sode and apple cider vinegar, pour over remaining coconut flour, mix, and add to the eggs. Whisk until it becomes a fairly dense mixture.
- Pour into prepared baking pan. Add cherries on top with a spatula and push down.
- Bake in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
- Garnish with powdered sugar and serve.
