Directions
- Clean and trim the cauliflower, breaking it into medium-sized pieces.
- Place cauliflower in a microwave-safe bowl with heavy whipping cream and butter. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 6 minutes.
- Stir to coat cauliflower with the cream/butter mixture. Microwave for another 6 minutes on high.
