Directions

  1. In a large skillet, cook beef and onions over medium heat until beef no longer pink.
  2. Stir and break into crumbs. Drain excess liquid once beef is cooked.
  3. Stir in steak seasoning and mushrooms.
  4. Add beef broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Stir in tortellini, return to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat, simmer, and cover for 4 minutes until tortellini are tender.
  7. Remove from heat and sprinkle with cheese.
