  1. Spray crockpot with Pam. Place pork tenderloin in a crockpot and cover with 1 package of Frontera Carnitas sauce. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours in the crockpot.
  2. Shred carnitas with two forks.
  3. Place cheese and carnitas on tortilla. Top with diced tomato and lettuce.
  4. Add sour cream and/or guacamole if desired.
