  1. In a blender cup combine light cream cheese, yogurt, egg, vanilla extract, stevia, biscoff spread, cottage cheese, and protein powder.
  2. Pour mixture into a lined baking pan and bake at 400°F for 25-30 minutes. Set in the fridge for an hour.
  3. In a bowl combine 1tbsp biscoff spread with almond milk and microwave for 20 seconds. Stir until combine, then add 1 more tbsp of biscoff spread until combined and thick.
  4. Spread biscoff mixture over the cheesecake, and add crushed biscoff cookies around the edge.
