Directions
- Heat saucepan, add olive oil and diced onion, cook over medium heat for 5-8 minutes until softened. Add ground beef and cook for 5 minutes.
- Dice tomatoes and add them to pan. Add tomato paste and simmer for 5 minutes, then add chili powder, salt, and pepper. Continue cooking until meat is cooked through and onions are tender.
