Ingredients
- Cheddar cheese

- Hormel Pillow Pak Sliced Turkey Pepperoni

Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Add chopped cauliflower to a food processor and pulse until finely ground.
- Place ground cauliflower in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover loosely and microwave for 4-5 minutes, or until softened. Remove cover and let cool.
- Once cool, squeeze out as much liquid as possible from the cauliflower using a tea towel or cheesecloth.
- In a large bowl, combine the squeezed cauliflower, eggs, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread the cauliflower mixture onto the prepared baking sheet into an even rectangle, approximately 15x10 inches in size. Spray lightly with cooking spray and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden.
- Spoon pizza sauce onto the crust and top with the remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese, sliced tomatoes, turkey pepperoni, and basil leaves. Bake for another 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
- Serve immediately.
