  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and prepare baking sheet(s) with parchment paper or grease well with oil.
  2. Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, combine milk, water, flour, and spices until the batter is thick enough to coat the cauliflower without dripping.
  4. Dip the cauliflower in the batter, shaking off excess before placing on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
  6. For the sauce, melt butter in a small saucepan on low heat, mix in hot sauce, and remove from heat as it starts to melt.
