- In a large pot, bring broth to a simmer over medium heat. Then reduce heat to low.
- Drop meatballs into the hot broth and cook for for 3 to 4 minutes. Gently stir in the cabbage and add soy sauce and hoison sauce.
- Cook for another 10 to 15 minutes or until meatballs and cabbage are fully cooked.
- Serve broth over cooked rice noodles and garnish with cilantro and chopped green onions, if desired. Enjoy!
