  1. Heat a sauté pan over low heat and spray well with non-stick spray. Add onions. Top onions with the smoked mackerel and heat on very low heat for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, olive oil, mustard, lemon juice, lemonade, and curry into a dressing
  3. Meanwhile, add egg to a small sauce pan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, remove from heat, cover, adn let rest 10 minutes before draining, rinsing, peeling, and slicing.
  4. Serve all together with the curry sauce on the side. Enjoy!
