Veggie wrap
If possible, warm the tortilla in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.
Chop up all the veggies.
Spread cream cheese on the tortilla
Place the vegetables over the tortillia.
Spread salad dressing over vegetables. For more calories and probably a tastier wrap, use dressing with fat.
Fold up the wrap. Feel free to use other vegetables if you have different preferences, but you may want to check how it affects the nutrition.
Red Bell Pepper and Hummus
Cut bell pepper in half and remove seeds. Slice pepper into strips and serve with hummus for dipping.

Peel & slice avocado.
Stir refried beans in a saucepan over medium-low heat until hot, 2 to 4 minutes.
Warm tortilla in a skillet over low heat until softened, 1 to 2 minutes. Transfer tortilla to a plate.
Layer lettuce onto tortilla. Spread warmed refried beans, avocado slices, and salsa on top of lettuce. Roll tortilla around the fillings into a burrito shape.
EZ Peanut Butter Pie
Whisk pudding mix, milk, peanut butter, together.
Bring mixture to a boil and pour into graham cracker crust. Allow to cool.
