Grapefruit & Ginger Chia Pudding
In a large bowl whisk together the canned coconut milk, almond milk, chia seeds, ginger, vanilla, and maple syrup.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to thicken, whisking or shaking occasionally (can leave overnight).
Spoon the pudding into individual servings, top with grapefruit slices and coconut, and serve.

Firecracker Burgers
Preheat grill for high heat.
In a medium bowl, mix the beef and diced green chilies. Crush bouillon cube into powder and sprinkle into bowl. Mix together, and shape into 4 patties.
Lightly oil the grill grate. Grill patties 5 minutes per side, or until well done. Top each patty with cheese about 2 minutes prior to removing from grill.
Yogurt & Banana chips
Chop up banana chips and mix into yogurt. Enjoy!
