Protein oatmeal pancakes
Put the following ingredients (in this order, if you have blender blades on the bottom) into a blender: Oats, Whey Protein Powder, Cinnamon, Egg Whites.
Start heating up a medium to large size pan (10"-12") on medium-high heat. If you want, you can heat up two pans to cook both pancakes at the same time.
Blend until mixture is roughly uniform. You will might have to scoop whey powder off the sides of the blender because it sticks with egg whites.
If your pan is not non-stick, use your favorite no calorie non-stick spray or a little bit of oil on the heated pan, and pour the mixture onto the pan. These ingredients yield about 2 large pancakes, so use half of mixture for one. *Notice, blended oats are still denser than other ingredients, so they might settle on the bottom. Mix them up before pouring again.*
When the sides of a pancake start to look dry and start to curl up a little, flip it over and let the other side cook. It should look lightly brown when cooked well. Also, while pancakes are cooking, slice up a banana into about 0.5" slices.
When pancakes are done, put banana slices on one half of a pancakes, then spread blueberries on the same side, and fold a pancakes in half. Eat it like a taco!

Barbecue tuna sandwich
Get yourself your can of tuna and drain it, then put it in a bowl. Put 4 tbsp of your BBQ sauce on top of the tuna and mix well.
Put the bowl in the microwave with a paper towel covering it (to keep everything clean) for 1 minute. Take out of the microwave and place on your bun, you've now got pulled tuna! It tastes a lot like pulled pork, so enjoy! Toast bun for a crispier sandwich.
Cottage Cheese & Honeydew Melon
Mix cottage cheese with melon balls and serve.

Bacon-Wrapped Trout with Rosemary
Preheat broiler.
Put fish in a shallow baking pan (1 inch deep) or a large heavy ovenproof skillet, then pat dry and season cavity with salt and pepper. Put rosemary inside cavity and season outside of fish with salt and pepper, then wrap bacon slices around fish.
Broil fish 5 to 7 inches from heat until skin of fish and bacon are crisp, about 5 minutes. Turn fish over gently with a spatula and broil 2 minutes more. Add lemon slices to pan in 1 layer alongside fish and continue to broil until fish is just cooked through and rest of bacon is crisp, 2 1/2 to 3 minutes more.
Grilled Polenta Chips
Heat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat and lightly rub your grill with olive oil.
Cut tube of polenta into 1/4" to 1/2" slices. Brush both sides of the polenta cakes with the olive oil. Sprinkle both sides with nutritional yeast, salt and pepper.
Lay the polenta rounds in one layer on the grill, and grill for 5 minutes on each side or until both sides are golden and crunchy and have grill marks.
Remove the cakes from the grill and place on a large plate to cool. Serve warm or at room temperature. Enjoy!
